Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller – Sales Executive to promote our construction and real estate projects. The role involves contacting potential clients, providing details about our ongoing and upcoming projects, and helping generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company projects.

Handle inbound inquiries from online advertisements and social media campaigns.

Follow up with interested clients and schedule on-site visits.

Maintain and update customer databases and call records.

Work closely with the sales team to meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Provide accurate information on project details, pricing, and offers.

Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Strong customer service and relationship-building ability.

Basic understanding of real estate/construction industry preferred.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Comfortable using CRM software, MS Excel, and online communication tools (Zoom/Google Meet/WhatsApp Business).

Qualifications:

Any Graduate (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communication).

Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Work Details:

Work Type: On-site

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Benefits:

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
