Key Responsibilities:
  • Architectural Leadership: Define and implement the overall architecture strategy for Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop a roadmap for Salesforce adoption and expansion that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Solution Design: Architect complex solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities, integrating with third-party applications and systems.
  • Technical Oversight: Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Governance and Compliance: Establish governance frameworks and policies to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize user experience and system efficiency.
  • Mentorship and Training: Provide technical mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of Salesforce innovations and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization's strategy.
  • Crisis Management: Lead the resolution of critical system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in Salesforce architecture and design, with a strong track record of successful implementations.
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are required.

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce integration patterns, data modeling, and API development.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) and experience with CI/CD practices.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
