Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise-grade architecture.
• At least 5 years of deep expertise in one or more technical domains (e.g., AI/ML, data analytics, cloud
  
  migration, ERP/SaaS systems).
• 5+ years architecting cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong technical foundation in:
• Event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Microservices, serverless, and distributed systems
• Full-stack technologies (Java/Python/C#, , )
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale, resilient, and secure applications.
• Solid grasp of security protocols (OAuth, JWT) and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture & System Design

2. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using microservices, event-driven
   
   architectures, and serverless technologies.

3. Design and implement cloud-native systems optimized for platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
4. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and patterns to drive technology modernization.
5. Apply design thinking and domain-driven design (DDD) to solve large-scale business problems.
6. Technical Governance & Engineering Excellence
7. Define and enforce architectural standards, code quality benchmarks, and performance metrics
   
   across development teams.
8. Conduct architecture reviews, design validations, and technical POCs.
9. Support engineering managers and leads in scaling systems, solving system-level issues, and ensuring
   
   technical compliance.
10. Champion DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, and observability practices for resilient systems.
11. Cross-functional Collaboration
12. Work with product, pre-sales, customer success, and support teams to align architecture with
    
    business needs.
13. Translate complex business objectives into actionable technical strategies.
14. Provide thought leadership in customer meetings, stakeholder briefings, and architectural deep dives.
15. Mentorship & Technical Leadership
16. Mentor senior engineers and technical leads (SD3s), shaping their progression into architect or
    
    engineering leadership roles.  Conduct technical training, brown-bag sessions, and drive adoption of architectural best practices.
17. Promote a culture of experimentation, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
18. Pre-sales & Customer Engagement
19. Collaborate with pre-sales teams to design solution architectures for RFPs, PoCs, and new prospects.
20. Present technical vision and architectural strategies to executive-level stakeholders and clients.
21. Support migration, modernization, and technical discovery initiatives for enterprise customers.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in cloud modernization and legacy platform migration at enterprise scale.
- AWS/Azure/GCP Architect certification is a strong plus.
- Experience in pre-sales engagements, technical strategy sessions, and customer architecture

reviews.
- Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, data streaming, or event-based analytics.
- Recognized thought leadership—through talks, blogs, open-source contributions, or technical

whitepapers
