Role description

Role Proficiency:

With some guidance from Specialist I manage end-to-end client Product Implementations for clients by leveraging own technical expertise derived from multiple product implementations completed for multiple domains

Outcomes:

  • Lead all aspects of execution of Product Implementation plans; ensuring on time on budget efficient and high-quality delivery

  • Lead the team of implementation Engineers guiding them on implementation processes

  • Ensure that every implementation follows the implementation process with associated risks and dependencies

  • Use implementation experience to actively build and refine tools and resources to support product implementations

  • Create effort estimation and ETA for deliverables ensuring adherence to timelines/SLAs wherever applicable

  • Build strong feedback loops and serve as the voice of the customer to internal partners advising improvements to product and delivery approaches

  • Manage setting up trials for clients as required

  • Partner with Specialist I as required to substantiate any project escalations for quick and effective resolutions

  • Influence and improve customer satisfaction

  • Set OKRs for self/team and provide feedback of goals to team members

  • Mentor and Train Product associates

  • Responsible for the organisation and delivery of systems implementation.

  • Act as a strong communication bridge between all departments and the client to execute and deliver successful implementations.

  • Select appropriate technical options for implementations after understanding the scope of implementations

Outputs Expected:

Product consulting and delivery:

  • Develop code

    modify and test programs for configuration

    integration

    conversion and other Business functions.

  • Perform Product Configuration.

  • Review customer deliverables and configurations

  • Coordinate with infra and cloud providers for product deployment

  • Perform mock drills and dry runs prior to implementation and deployment of products

  • Provide technology leadership to the team to ensure product gets implemented based on defined specs and guidelines

  • Work with all stakeholders to achieve client requirements

  • Sync with team members and provide support and guidance for the implementation

  • Provide handholding support for the implementation team

  • Coordinate with onsite team and clients for requirements gathering and functional clarifications. Identify value adds (e.g. enhance existing features) which can address repeated issues during implementation

  • Provide support to the product consultant

    thoroughly analysing customer requirements and providing recommendations through interactions with the customer

  • Provide input for estimation and impact analysis in own area of responsibility. Report time

    effort and status accurately

  • Provide ideas for new product/asset

    new features and functions in a product

  • Contribute ideas in areas requiring improvements based on project implementation

    team feedback etc. Identify best practices related to the project/product and document the same.

Capacity Building:

  • Prepare guidelines and checklists for the team; create and deliver training on products/modules;

  • Contribute towards updating knowledge assets; conduct knowledge transfer sessions for new joiners in the project team.

• Assist in planning and running configuration agile sprints with the team

• Provide guidance to the Configuration team
• Supervises the work of Configuration Analysts in the project
• Schedule and track Configuration activities in the project
• Provides status updates to the Project Manager and identify & report issues and risks
• Help the onshore team in preparing the contents for Sprint demo
• Responsible for promotion of configuration through all environments with the help of Team members
• Maintenance of the configuration gold environment and ensuring timely backups
• Handle cross functional coordination with Integration, Conversion and Testing teams representing Configuration activities
• Attend daily stand-up meetings and provide status of the work to the supervisors Participate in Program Office all hands meetings to represent Configuration track
