Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer proficient in ReactJS and TypeScript to join our growing team. As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for building and optimizing dynamic, user-friendly web applications that power AI-driven products. You will work closely with backend engineers, designers, product managers, and AI/ML teams to create intuitive and scalable user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable web applications using NextJS and TypeScript.

  • Build and integrate reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.

  • Work closely with backend engineers to consume and build APIs efficiently.

  • Ensure application Performance, Security, Responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Implement best practices for UI/UX, accessibility, and responsive design.

  • Maintain high-quality code through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.

  • Collaborate with designers and product teams to create pixel-perfect, seamless user experiences.

  • Continuously improve frontend architecture, performance, and maintainability.

  • Utilize error monitoring, analytics, and A/B testing tools to inform UI decisions and enhance user experience.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Frontend Development: Strong proficiency in ReactJS and TypeScript.

  • State Management: Experience with React Query, Redux, or Context API.

  • API Integration: Hands-on experience in integrating and building RESTful APIs.

  • UI/UX Best Practices: Understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility.

  • Version Control: Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have

  • Experience with or other React frameworks.

  • Familiarity with component libraries like Shadcn UI, TailwindCSS, or Material UI.

  • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications.

  • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio showcasing frontend work.
