Pharmacist – Job Overview

Nova Institute of Medical Sciences and Medical Research Centre is seeking a detail‑oriented and efficient Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, counselling patients on their safe use, and ensuring that pharmaceutical records are maintained with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense prescribed medications accurately.
  • Counsel patients on drug usage, side effects, and interactions.
  • Collaborate with physicians for prescription reviews.
  • Maintain patient medication records.
  • Manage inventory and pharmaceutical supplies.
  • Promote public health awareness.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.Pharm / Pharm.D (M.Pharm preferred).
  • Valid registration/license with Pharmacy Council of India.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology and drug interactions.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in dispensing.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills.
