Bommasandra Bengaluru Karnataka, India For Neotle Global Pvt. Full time ₹ 50,000 - ₹ 7,00,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Source and procure raw materials, components, equipment, and services required

for manufacturing operations.

  1. Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to secure cost-

effective deals without compromising quality.

  1. Identify and onboard new suppliers, conducting assessments to ensure reliability,

quality, and adherence to company standards.

  1. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory control teams to maintain

optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.

  1. Analyze pricing trends, market conditions, and alternative suppliers to identify cost-

saving opportunities without compromising quality or reliability.

  1. Implement strategies to negotiate better terms, bulk discounts, or improved delivery

schedules.

  1. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, & procurement

best practices.

  1. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, pricing, & supplier information.

  2. Liaise with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to

understand their procurement needs and align purchasing activities accordingly.

  1. Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure

seamless operations.

Skills Required:

Note : Looking from Aerospace Industry Experience only

  1. Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.

  2. 5-6 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

  3. Should be Tech savvy to find required information from various sources

  4. Should be able to read & understand BOM (part numbers, datasheets etc..)

  5. Should have prior experience in sourcing / procurement of electrical & electronics

components (connectors, cables, relays, IC, modules etc)

  1. Should be well versed in techno- commercial comparison best practices.

  2. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain supplier relationships.

  3. Proficiency in procurement software/tools and excellent knowledge of MS Excel or similar data analysis tools.

  4. Solid understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and procurement strategies.

  5. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
