The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Expert to lead the design, development, and deployment of domain-specific AI models and solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in AI with deep knowledge of Domain-Specific Language Models (DSLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI orchestration layers, ensuring the creation of reliable, adaptive, and production-ready intelligent systems tailored to specific industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop advanced domain-specific AI/ML models, including domain-tuned language models and knowledge-grounded solutions.
• Apply RAG architectures to enhance large language models with external knowledge retrieval for contextual accuracy and scalability.
• Build Agentic AI layers that can reason, plan, and act effectively within specific workflows and domains.
• Collaborate with domain experts and stakeholders to capture requirements and co-design AI-driven workflows.
• Prototype, test, and deploy DSLM-based applications that integrate business data, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.
• Optimize models for performance, interpretability, data efficiency, and compliance with domain standards.
• Guide MLOps integration, monitoring, and lifecycle management of deployed AI agents and models.
• Stay current on relevant AI advancements, particularly in domain adaptation, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks.

Qualifications

• Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience building and fine-tuning Domain-Specific Language Models (DSLMs).
• Hands-on expertise with RAG architectures, including vector databases, knowledge augmentation techniques, and transformer-based integration.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Haystack, or similar orchestration layers) for building adaptive AI agents.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Experience deploying AI pipelines in cloud and hybrid environments with MLOps practices.
• Deep understanding of domain-specific datasets, taxonomies, and knowledge modeling.
• Knowledge of AI governance, ethical AI, explainability, and regulatory considerations in applied fields.

Preferred Experience

• Applied AI expertise in one or more key verticals: healthcare, finance, cybersecurity, manufacturing, or retail.
• Hands-on project experience combining DSLMs + RAG + Agentic AI layers for enterprise-grade solutions.
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems, tool integrations (APIs, databases), and autonomous orchestration within business processes.
