We are looking for dynamic, customer-friendly individuals who can efficiently handle both Guest Relations and Cashier responsibilities at our Venpalavattom outlet.

Position: GRE / Cashier

Location: Imperial Kitchen, Venpalavattom

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly
• Manage table reservations and customer flow
• Ensure excellent guest experience throughout the visit
• Accurately handle billing and POS operations
• Manage cash, UPI, and card transactions
• Coordinate with service staff and kitchen team
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints politely
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the reception/billing area

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service (freshers can also apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasing personality and customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer and POS knowledge
• Ability to multitask and work during peak hours
