About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead who can own the end-to-end quality strategy for our products. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with test planning, execution, automation, and AI-assisted testing, while also coordinating closely with cross-functional teams. Experience in Project Management or Business Analysis will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Own, define, and execute the end-to-end QA strategy across projects.

* Prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

* Drive functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

* Leverage AI tools and modern automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.

* Implement and maintain test automation suites for web, mobile, and API layers.

* Review and approve releases for deployment readiness.

* Work closely with product owners, developers, BAs, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery.

* Track and report defects, risks, and quality metrics.

* Ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, and documentation standards.

* Mentor junior QA team members (if applicable).

* Contribute to requirement analysis and provide input during planning phases.

Required Skills & Experience

* Around 5 years of hands-on QA experience, including test design and execution.

* Strong experience in manual testing and automation testing.

* Exposure to AI-driven testing tools or AI-assisted QA workflows.

* Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defective lifecycle.

* Experience in using tools like Jira, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.

* Ability to work closely with development and business teams.

* Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

* Preferred: Background or experience in Project Management or Business Analysis.

Nice-to-Have

* Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

* Knowledge of API automation frameworks.

Understanding cloud platforms or DevOps workflows.
