Roles and Duties Greet & assist customers as they shop for new cars. Develop an in-depth understanding of our current car inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase. Work out with the Sales / Marketing team to grow our customer base. Identify customer needs through proper interview. Assist customers with test drives. Collaborate with Sales Manager to offer attractive deals to customers. Prepare & submit weekly, monthly reports to the Sales Manager

Skills and education

  1. 1+ years of experience in a marketing or sales position.
  2. Experience in promoting products/services to new clients.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
  5. Advanced interpersonal skills.
  6. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines and sales goals.
  7. Ability to understand what the customer needs.
