About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our Popeyes team. The ideal candidate will lead daily restaurant operations, ensure top-notch customer service, manage staff, and drive sales and profitability while maintaining the Popeyes brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain high food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in QSR / Fast Food / Restaurant Management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic financial and analytical skills (P&L, budgeting, etc.).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Candidates available for immediate joining or with a notice period of less than 15 days.
