Job Title: PYP Coordinator

Location: OWIS, Whitefield Campus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, implement, and oversee the IB PYP curriculum across grades.
• Coordinate the PYP authorization and evaluation process with IB.
• Support teachers in planning, assessment, and integration of IB philosophy.
• Ensure alignment of curriculum with IB standards and practices.
• Facilitate professional development and training for staff.
• Act as a liaison between school leadership, IB, and the teaching team.
• Monitor student learning outcomes and ensure holistic development.
• Promote inquiry-based learning and international-mindedness within the school community.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience, 2 years as a PYP Coordinator,preferably in IB schools
• Strong understanding of IB PYP framework and authorization process.
• Leadership, organizational, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
