Furrl is a funded early stage start-up building the next generation of lifestyle e-commerce through a clutter-breaking discovery platform for new-age brands. We are attacking the 100 billion dollar D2C market in India by creating a one stop shop for consumers to discover, validate and purchase these lakhs of independent brands and creators in India, in a way that is personalized and effective at scale.

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is passionate about design, fashion, and e-commerce — someone who can translate ideas into compelling visual stories that connect with our audience.

Responsibilities:


• Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and category teams to conceptualize and create high-quality visual assets for social media, website, email campaigns, and digital ads.


• Design promotional materials for affiliate, influencer, and branding programs.


• Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity and design guidelines across all channels.


• Develop creative concepts and mood boards for campaigns, launches, and collaborations.


• Stay up to date with design, fashion, and digital marketing trends to bring innovative ideas to the table.


• Work on motion graphics or short-form video assets (preferred but not mandatory).


• Ensure all designs align with Furrl's tone, style, and positioning while maintaining visual consistency.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.


• 1–2 years of professional design experience (including internships).


• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work — especially for e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.


• Understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.


• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to take ownership, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
