Calypso Business Analyst L3

You Might Be Our Ideal Match If You:

• Have 5 - 7 years of Calypso Back Office working experience with strong domain knowledge of capital markets, including exposure to different asset classes like Fixed Income, Equities, Repos, Sec Lending, and Money Market products.
• Are well acquainted with Static Data, Trade Data, market data, Trade Capture, Workflow creation (Trade, Transfer, and Messages), SDI, and Messages flow.
• Possess strong business analysis skills and an intermediary level of SQL proficiency.
• Have experience in coordination and project management within a structured framework.
• Demonstrate strong writing skills and are familiar with Excel.
• Are a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Have proven experience in business analysis or operations with demonstrable practical product full lifecycle exposure.
• Can thrive in a high pressure environment with a focus on timeliness and quality of deliveries.
• Exhibit a strong level of autonomy, proactiveness, and curiosity.

We are looking for Calypso BA - Calypso BA L3

• To manage all functional aspects of projects centered on back office and settlement of Bonds & Repos from inception to delivery.
• Provide Level 3 production support, investigating and resolving issues that cannot be fixed by Level 1 & 2 support.
• Analyze business and user requirements to propose cost
  
  efficient solutions.
• Gather and validate user requirements, writing functional specifications to support IT during development.
• Identify dependencies and coordinate with other teams as required.
• Report on progress within and outside the team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Write and execute test plans, organize UAT phases, and train users.
• Deliver user guides and liaise with IT, users, project sponsors, other project managers, and business analysts.
