We're looking for a passionate and skilled Baker / Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll be responsible for preparing a wide variety of bakery items, including artisanal breads, croissants, cheesecakes, and desserts that match our café's premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake fresh breads, croissants, pastries, cookies, and cakes daily
  • Follow and refine recipes to maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation
  • Decorate and finish cakes and desserts with creativity and precision
  • Manage dough proofing, shaping, baking, and cooling processes
  • Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with inventory management
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized baking environment
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely order execution
  • Experiment with new recipes and contribute to seasonal menu updates

Skills & Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with baking pastries, sourdough, laminated doughs, and cakes
  • Strong understanding of baking techniques, temperatures, and proofing times
  • Ability to follow recipes while also contributing creative variations
  • Familiarity with bakery equipment (mixers, proofers, deck ovens, etc.)
  • Good time management and multitasking skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12, ₹35,000.00 per month
