Paramleela Industries is a holding company with five distinct, rapidly-scaling startups under its umbrella. We're looking for an exceptional and versatile Lead Graphic Designer to be the sole creative force responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining the visual identities of all five brands from the ground up. If you are a prolific designer who thrives on variety, autonomy, and the challenge of building multiple brands simultaneously, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Brand Identity: Conceptualize, design, and implement complete visual brand identities (logos, color palettes, typography, imagery) for five separate startup companies.
  • Brand Governance: Create and enforce comprehensive brand style guides for each startup to ensure strict visual consistency as they grow.
  • Content Production: Design a high volume of digital and print assets across all five brands, including:
  • Digital Marketing: Social media content, digital ads, website graphics, and email templates.
  • Corporate Collateral: Investor pitch decks, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Product Visuals: Packaging mockups, product graphics, and specialized visuals as needed for each startup's sector.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with the founders and leadership teams to translate their business goals and target audience needs into powerful, marketable visual designs.
  • Project Management: Efficiently manage, prioritize, and execute a high volume of design projects across all five businesses under tight deadlines.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven professional experience (3+ years preferred) in graphic design, with a strong focus on new brand creation and multi-client/multi-brand management.
  • Portfolio: A powerful, diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity development and digital design execution.
  • Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strategic Design: Exceptional ability to translate complex business concepts into clean, compelling, and aesthetically pleasing visuals.
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to manage a complex, independent workload and thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of Motion Graphics (After Effects) or video editing.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles for web and mobile design.
