The Showroom Operations Executive is responsible for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer experience, effective sales support, proper product display, inventory management, and coordination with the sales and service teams to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Sales Support
Greet and assist walk-in customers with product information and demonstrations.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful attitude toward all customers.
Follow up on inquiries and leads to convert them into sales.
- Showroom Management
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the showroom.
Ensure all display products are properly labeled, functional, and updated.
Manage opening and closing procedures of the showroom.
Ensure the availability of brochures, samples, and promotional materials.
- Inventory & Stock Control
Coordinate with the warehouse for timely stock replenishment.
Track inventory levels and maintain records for showroom stock.
Conduct periodic stock audits to avoid discrepancies.
- Team Coordination & Administration
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare daily footfall, inquiry, and sales reports.
Coordinate with marketing for in-store promotions or campaigns.
Handle billing, quotations, and order processing when required.
- Customer Relationship Management
Maintain a customer database and ensure regular communication.
Handle customer complaints or service requests promptly and professionally.
Collect feedback to improve showroom experience.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude
Basic knowledge of sales and inventory software (e.g., CRM, ERP, Excel)
Good presentation and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
