What You'll Do:

  • Assist in planning, executing & optimizing paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Work on eCommerce brands, focusing on ROAS, AOV, and scaling budgets
  • Analyze ad performance and generate performance reports
  • Conduct audience research & competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with creative teams for ad visuals and copy direction
  • Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates & new ad formats

Who You Are:

  • A fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Meta ads or performance marketing
  • Have a basic understanding of pixel setup, events, custom audiences, and lookalike strategies
  • Interested in D2C e-commerce and love decoding consumer behavior
  • Strong analytical mindset with a love for numbers and growth
  • Self-driven, curious, and ready to experiment and learn fast
