About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Production & Quality Manager
to lead operations in
metalware manufacturing
, covering
different metals
and forming techniques. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of
moulding, pressing, spinning, casting, and other metal forming processes
, along with strong knowledge of
Quality Management Systems (QMS)
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end production for
    metalware
    , including
    moulding, pressing, spinning, casting, and metal finishing
    .
  • Oversee operations for
    different areas of production,
    ensuring precision, durability, timely delivery and compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement and maintain
    QMS
    for continuous improvement and efficient execution.
  • Drive process optimisation, cost control, and operational excellence across all metal forming techniques.
  • Lead and mentor production and quality teams to achieve performance targets.

Preferred Background

  • Veterans from Navy or Air Force
    with technical and leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of
    metallurgical processes, metal forming techniques, and QMS principles
    .
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale production and quality operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum
    10+ years of experience
    in production and quality leadership within metalware or related industries.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
