Role & responsibilities

  • Leading Feed and Detail Engineering activities, Cost Estimate.
  • Leading and Guiding team consisting of Piping Engineers and Designers.
  • Coordinating multi-discipline, multi-office project activities.
  • Review of Client requirements, ITB.
  • Good Knowledge of 3D Project Execution methods
  • Knowledge of Chemical system Piping and Layout.
  • Good Knowledge of OISD/PESO/Gas cylinder Rules/SMPV Rules.
  • Knowledge of Equipment Erection /Maintenance/Operation, Methodology of industry process Equipment.
  • Good Awareness of Piping material Specifications, Knowledge of Piping Supports and support standards.
  • Preparation of Equipment layouts and plot plan.
  • Coordinate Material Take-off (MTO) activities at various stage of the project and control overall MTO till mechanical Completion.
  • Procurement activity for piping items covering preparation of enquiry specification, review of quotes and preparation of TR, preparation of order specifications
  • Review of piping content for mechanical packages

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: Minimum of 14 years working on Industrial, Chemical, and Oil & Gas projects.

  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams of 20+ members.
  • Collaboration: Capable of working independently as well as within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Work Ethic: Highly self-motivated with strong management and reporting skills.

Technical Expertise

  • Proficient in design tools such as Plant 3D, S3D, and E3D.
  • Familiar with 3D review software including Navisworks and SmartPlant Review (SPR).

Communication Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Comfortable coordinating and interacting in a global work environment.
