Position: Investment Banking (IB) Analyst – Intern

Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Stipend / Salary: ₹10,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical IB Analyst Intern to join our team in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will assist in conducting market research, preparing strategic reports, analyzing financial performance, and supporting investment decisions. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in finance, strategy, and business growth analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential target companies, and investment opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed analytical and financial reports outlining approaches to various companies and potential business impacts.
  • Assist in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, profit and loss tracking, and expenditure management.
  • Support in developing strategic recommendations to improve profitability and optimize resource allocation.
  • Work on business forecasting models to estimate company performance under different scenarios.
  • Identify and help reduce ambiguity and risk in financial and operational planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support investment strategies, project evaluations, and business expansion plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare presentations for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 0–2 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or business consulting.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7, ₹10,000.00 per month
