Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in North Delhi for a Process Trainer and Auditor. The Process Trainer and Auditor will be responsible for analyzing training needs, conducting new hire training sessions, delivering presentations, and analyzing data to improve training programs. The individual will also be responsible for communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training skills
  • Presentation Skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or outsourcing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field

Key Requirements:

  • Conduct Support & Sales process training sessions.
  • Perform call/chat audits and provide feedback.
  • Identify performance gaps and plan refreshers.
  • Maintain training data and effectiveness reports.
