Role Overview :We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Intern to work along side & executing the campaign. This role involves researching, coordinating, and executing influencer collaborations that align with Āroka's brand voice, product priorities, and audience engagement goals. Key Responsibilities :

  • Research influencers based on campaign
  • Identify influencers that align with Āroka's brand aesthetics, target audience, and values
  • Analyze influencer metrics such as engagement rates, audience demographics, and content style
  • Coordinate influencer budgets for campaign planning
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and terms of collaboration
  • Coordinate content creation with influencers, ensuring timely deliveribity
  • Monitor influencer content across platforms using digital tools
  • Monitor engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares), conversions, and ROI
  • Collect qualitative feedback on influencer content
  • Maintain organized documentation of influencer lists, campaign progress in Sheets
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and styling teams to ensure cohesive campaign messagingQualifications and Skills
  • Graduate in Fashion Communication or a related field (e.g., Fashion Marketing, or Communication)
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital media trends
  • Knowledge of styling, silhouettes, and how to align products with influencer aesthetics
  • Ability to analyze influencer metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and audience demographics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for outreach and negotiation
  • Understanding of brand communication and maintaining visual and verbal brand consistency
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills (IG Insights, youtube..)
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
