Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Account Manager with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies while also managing client relationships to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
This role demands a creative thinker with strong communication skills, a knack for analytics, and the ability to understand client goals and translate them into effective marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate with internal teams to drive digital campaigns and serve as the primary point of contact for clients—ensuring timely delivery, performance tracking, and continuous engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Linkedin, Linkedin Ads, X, Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with clients to understand their objectives and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and present campaign strategies, performance reports, and recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate with internal creative and development teams for campaign assets, websites, social content, etc.
- Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and optimize for ROI.
- Manage client feedback loops, timelines, and expectations proactively.
- Ensure all digital deliverables align with brand tone, message, and objectives.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and client servicing/account management.
- Proficiency with digital tools like Linkedin Advertising, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to think creatively and solve problems.
