Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bill of Quantities at IndiQube, located in Bengaluru. The Bill of Quantities professional will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate quantity take-offs for construction projects, analyzing project specifications, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders. Additionally, responsibilities include evaluating contractor bids, performing cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing detailed and accurate quantity take-offs
  • Experience with analyzing project specifications and performing cost analysis
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Familiarity with construction project budgets and timelines
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
