Sr Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure Java applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and development environments.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure the highest code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance and support in technical and design challenges.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions for new features and products.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Java development.
- Ensure the integration of Java applications with external systems, APIs, and databases.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and continuous integration processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong portfolio of Java-based projects.
- Expertise in Java, J2EE, and relevant frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
