  • Experience of designing, solution owning and creating architecture specifications for global Oracle HCM solutions with specific experience around Cloud & Fusion.
  • Minimum of 7+ years Cloud implementation experience with at least few years of hands on experience in multiple oracle cloud modules preferably Core HR or Payroll.
  • Proven experience in a Functional/Architectural role for Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Prior experience leading HCM implementations/upgrades
  • Design and deliver HCM Cloud Core HR functional architecture strategy, with leading practices during HCM transformations.
  • Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with the engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned/driven Oracle Cloud solutions
  • Lead testing and training programs during HCM Cloud transformations
  • Lead or support robust change management programs to increase adoption for our clients with the HCM solution.
  • Proven experience in full development life cycle and significant experience in delivering applications and architecture services in a production environment
  • All pre-sales support activities including supporting Sales Teams by identifying and quantifying Oracle Cloud HCM Applications value proposition and best solution.
  • Coordinate and deliver demonstrations of the product.
  • Understand the needs and pains of the customer and then to link them to a set of products/solutions provided by Oracle.
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities and superior presentation and demonstration skills.
