We are seeking a seasoned AI Learning Facilitator to lead high-impact learning journeys under the AI Learning Series. The facilitator will help professionals understand, experiment, and adopt Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI-driven productivity tools to enhance workplace performance.

This role demands a blend of AI fluency, facilitation excellence, and business acumen - someone who can bring AI to life through real-world applications, demonstrations, and guided practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver live AI workshops covering foundational to advanced modules such as: GenAI, Prompting, AI at Work, AI Workflow Transformation Challenge
  • Customize session delivery to suit diverse audiences from business users to senior leaders
  • Partner with the L&D and content teams to refine decks, tools, and learning frameworks
  • Simplify technical concepts into relatable business narratives and practical use cases.
  • Guide participants through hands-on exercises using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and other workplace AI applications
  • Facilitate targeted sessions for different departments (HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT), showing practical AI integration unique to each function
  • Encourage responsible AI adoption by emphasizing ethics, data privacy, and governance.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in Generative AI, prompt engineering techniques, and enterprise AI solutions, integrating these insights into session delivery

Key Competencies

  • Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, automation workflows).
  • Ability to design and deliver experiential, tool-based learning sessions
  • Strong storytelling, facilitation, and coaching abilities
  • Business fluency to connect AI with productivity, communication, and decision-making.
  • Awareness of Responsible AI frameworks and ethical guidelines.
  • Comfort with AI-driven tools for learning design, analytics, and engagement.

Preferred Background

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Corporate Training / Digital Transformation / L&D Consulting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI, Machine Learning, or Applied Data Analytics.
  • Proven track record of facilitating AI or digital capability workshops for professionals.
  • Certifications in AI, Data Science, or Generative AI (OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, Coursera, etc.).
  • Strong facilitation presence - able to engage large, hybrid audiences effectively.
