6) Job Description :
Calendar & Schedule Management - Oversee and optimize the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring Director's time is utilized effectively.
Communication & Correspondence - Act as the primary point of contact between the Director's and internal/external stakeholders.Draft and edit emails, memos, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Director's. Having abiliyt to handel and manager Director's travel desk
Meeting & Event Coordination - Organize internal and external meetings, conferences, and presentations.Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions properly.
Project & Task Management - Support specific projects by managing timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and tracking progress.Assist in the coordination and execution of projects.Maintain office operations and procedures through liaison with relevant functional teams.
Preferred candidate profile - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant,Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Perform other related administrative tasks as required.
