SAP Operate is a part of Deloitte Consulting's SAP practice and provides SAP application management services, continuous improvement, and innovation services to Deloitte's SAP client. With SAP Operate, we build long-term relationships with key stakeholders from our clients' IT and business organizations to help them derive business value from their SAP applications, continuously optimize SAP process performance, and manage incidents, service requests and resolve problems according to agreed service levels.

As a SAP Service Delivery Senior Consultant, you will:

• • Be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues, ensuring high satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of issues. Drive mid- and long-term evolutionary maintenance, enhancement, and innovation plans in the functional areas of SAP GTS.
• Work closely with client stakeholders, external parties and cross-functional teams to plan comprehensive solutions to business and technical challenges. You will provide advice and solutions, collaborating with Deloitte's nearshore and onshore teams for incident management, service request and change request handling, problem resolution and continuous improvement activities.
• Additionally, this role offers the chance to grow into a Service Delivery Manager role.

The SAP Service Delivery Senior Consultant role is unique in that it offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in a SAP functional area, collaborate with key client stakeholders, and rely on the extended expertise of colleagues from the SAP practice in Deloitte Member Firm and the delivery centers.

Let's talk about you

To be part of our team as a Senior Consultant, you must

• Have at least 4 years of proven work experience in SAP GTS, e.g. Customs management, Compliance management including SPS (Sanctioned Party Screening) and Trade preference management, experience working with content providers etc. Or you have equivalent support experience in SAP Finance, Procurement and/or Sales, with a strong understanding of the related processes within SAP.
• Be fluent in English.
• Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Hold a Master Degree preferably in Business or Industrial Engineering, Computer Sciences or Economics.
• Demonstrate analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently to deliver results.
• Demonstrate proactivity, a self-starter attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and propose solutions to enhance application reliability and quality.
• Demonstrate Interest and clear motivation to work in Operate or Application management and maintenance kind of roles.

In order to excel at your job you will develop the following skills and having previous experience is considered as a plus

• • Previous experience in SAP application management.
• Knowledge and experience in ABAP, integrations, Fiori, ITIL processes and cloud is beneficial.
• ITIL foundation certification.
• Flexible and can work in EMEA timezone to accommodate client needs.
• Willing to be on duty rotation for P1 on-call support for the client.
• Previous experience of team leadership.
• Familiarity with other SAP modules. Certifications in SAP modules are highly regarded.
• Ambition to grow professionally while contributing to the success of our clients.
