Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced qTest Administrator to manage and support Tricentis qTest environments across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test management tools, automation integration, and cross-functional collaboration with QA, development, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Tricentis qTest platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Configure user roles, permissions, workflows, and integrations with tools like Jira, Tosca, ALM, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to manage and execute test cases.
Support test automation workflows and ensure seamless integration with qTest.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
Maintain documentation for configurations, upgrades, and best practices.
Generate and manage test reports, dashboards, and metrics for stakeholders.
Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users to enhance tool adoption.
Ensure compliance with security policies, patch management, and disaster recovery plans.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in QA tools administration, with at least 3 years in qTest.
Strong understanding of Tricentis qTest, Jira, and other test management tools.
Experience in managing upgrades, performance tuning, and user support.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Power BI, PowerApps, or other reporting tools.
Familiarity with SAP testing environments.
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
