Minimum Qualifications required: -

Job Title: - Employee Relationship Executive

Experience: -2-5years

Education Required: - Any Graduate

Work Location: - Hyderabad (Madhapur).

Workdays: Monday to Friday. (Complete Work from Office role)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consultant Relationship Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for consultants deployed at client sites.
  • Regularly interact with consultants to address HR-related queries, concerns, and engagement issues.
  • Conduct periodic check-ins and feedback sessions with consultants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain consultant records, project details, and assignment duration.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding processes for new consultants.
  • Ensure all joining documentation (offer letter, NDA, ID proofs, background verification, etc.) is completed accurately.
  • Facilitate induction and orientation programs for new consultants.

3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance

  • Collect and validate consultant timesheets for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Handle queries related to salary, tax, reimbursements, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.).

4. Contract & Extension Management

  • Track project tenure, contract expiry, and renewal timelines.
  • Coordinate with account managers and clients for contract extensions or roll-offs.
  • Prepare and issue contract renewal letters, experience letters, and full & final settlements.

5. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Plan engagement activities and appreciation programs for Internal and external employees. (Consultants)
  • Address grievances effectively to ensure high retention and morale.
  • Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve consultant experience.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain updated MIS reports of consultant deployment, attendance, and attrition.
  • Collaborate with recruitment, finance, and client account management teams for smooth operations.
