  • Must have own LAPTOP & WI-FI
  • 10AM-7PM & MON-FRI, Remote/ Work From Home
  • Clarify skills, experience, budget (CTC), location, notice period, must-have & good-to-have skills.
  • Use Naukri & LinkedIn
  • Use correct keywords / Boolean search for niche skills
  • Do telephonic / virtual screening
  • Check technical fit at basic level (as per JD).
  • Check communication, stability, notice period, salary expectation.
  • Share properly formatted CVs with clear summary, current CTC, expected CTC, NP, location, etc.
  • Ensure candidate is genuinely interested and will attend interview.
  • Schedule interviews with client / hiring manager.
  • Share interview details clearly with candidate (time, mode, link, SPOC, role).
  • Help in salary negotiation between client & candidate.
  • Ensure candidate accepts offer and joins on planned date.
  • Keep regular touch to reduce no-shows / dropouts.
