Bartender

We are building a playful social hotel brand with a thoughtfully designed bar that focuses on signature cocktails, creative recipes, and curated drinking experiences. Our bar is small, cozy, and crafted to be a conversation starter – we're not about the usual, but about creating something different.

Role Overview:

We're looking for an entry-level bartender (freshers with training or 1–2 years' experience) who is excited to join a young, creative team. If you love mixing drinks, experimenting with ingredients, and engaging with guests in a fun and welcoming way, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a menu of signature cocktails and curated recipes (no heavy stock bar).
• Assist in experimenting with flavours and ingredients to create unique drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar counter, tools, and glassware.
• Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality of every drink served.
• Provide warm and engaging service to guests at the bar.
• Manage basic bar inventory and stock rotation.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in bartending (hotel/bar/restaurant experience preferred).
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and eagerness to learn signature recipes.
• Good communication skills and a guest-friendly attitude.
• Passion for mixology, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and evenings.
