Senior Executive – Medical Billing

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our medical billing team as a Senior Executive / Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AR follow-up, denial management, and insurance calling for the US or UK healthcare process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform AR follow-up and insurance calling to ensure timely resolution of claims.
- Manage denials and appeals, ensuring proper documentation and submission.
- Verify benefits and authorizations (VOB/Authorization) to prevent claim issues.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials with insurance companies.
- Review and monitor accounts receivable (A/R) aging reports to track outstanding payments.
- Prioritize and address overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Communicate with patients to resolve billing queries and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to expedite payment processing and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing, AR follow-up, or denial management.
- Strong knowledge of insurance processes, VOB, and authorization procedures.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling US or UK healthcare shifts preferred.
Shift:
- UK or US Shift
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
