Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic interviews.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers for holistic patient management.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
  • Provide psychoeducation and counseling to patients, caregivers, and families.
  • Support crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to treatment planning.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on emerging practices in clinical psychology.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Masters / Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
  • Valid license/registration with [relevant psychology board/council].
  • Minimum 1-4 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or mental health setting (freshers with supervised training may also be considered).
  • Strong knowledge of psychometric tools and evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy).
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in working with diverse populations (children, adolescents, adults, elderly).
  • Training in trauma-informed care or specialized therapies.
  • Research, teaching, or workshop facilitation experience.
