Welkin Soft Tech Pvt Ltd Hiring: Fullstack .NET Developer NET Core (C#) & React is must

We are looking for a Fullstack .NET Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core (C#) – latest version and React to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications & REST APIs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, BA, Dev) to deliver innovative solutions

Participate in peer code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to best practices

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance

Develop user stories, task estimates, and documentation

Drive continuous improvement and contribute to technical leadership

Engage throughout the full SDLC – analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of hands-on development experience

Strong knowledge of .NET Core (latest), ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework 4.5+, LINQ, T-SQL, SQL Server

React (must have), JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap

REST API development & OAuth 2.0

Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, Design Patterns

Familiarity with Unit Testing, GIT, Agile methodologies, Pair Programming

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience with integrations between applications

Ability to mentor and guide team members

Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
