Responsibilities

* Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

* Develop and implement effective induction programs to welcome new employees, providing necessary training and information.

* Conduct background verification and ensure compliance with company policies during the onboarding process.

* Collaborate with HRSD team to ensure seamless integration of new hires into existing systems.

Job Requirements

* 7-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.

* Strong understanding of employee orientation, induction programs, and background verification processes.

* Proven track record in developing successful onboarding programs that improve employee retention rates.
