Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Content Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in content design. Experience in automotive sales will be a strong advantage. The role involves creating engaging, high-impact content to support sales teams and dealer networks across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop sales enablement content (presentations, manuals, scripts, etc.)
  • Build training and communication materials for dealer and retail staff
  • Create digital learning modules using tools like Articulate or Captivate
  • Work on tight deadlines and deliver high-quality, result-driven content
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and dealer development teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in content development/design
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite, and e-learning tools like Articulate/Captivate
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex information
  • Background in auto sales or experience working with dealer networks is a plus
  • Self-starter with a focus on outcomes and meeting tight timelines
