Job description

We are looking for a reliable and punctual Delivery Boy to deliver products to customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner. The role involves picking up items, verifying orders, ensuring proper delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and deliver parcels, food items, or documents to customers as per assigned routes or schedules.
  • Verify delivery information such as names, addresses, and contact details before dispatch.
  • Handle products safely and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
  • Collect payments when required and maintain accurate delivery records.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and the operations team regarding delivery status.
  • Follow traffic rules and company policies during deliveries.
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (fuel, tire pressure, cleanliness, etc.).
  • Report any delivery issues, delays, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
  • Valid driving license (two-wheeler/four-wheeler as applicable).
  • Own vehicle (if required by the company).
  • Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Physically fit and punctual.
