Job Title: Dispatch/Logistics Engineer

Location: Vadodara / Ahmadabad/ Surat

Job summary:

We are looking for a Diploma & BE (Mechanical or Electrical) graduate to join our Dispatch and Logistics function in the manufacturing facility. The role involves managing outgoing shipments, coordinating with production, logistics service providers, and ensuring timely & accurate dispatch of products to customers.

Key Responsibility:

  • Coordinate the dispatch process: pickup scheduling, documentation, packaging verification, loading oversight.
  • Liaise with production, warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and minimize delays.
  • Maintain dispatch documentation (delivery notes, invoices, shipping labels), ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Track dispatch performance, report key metrics (on-time dispatch, returns, damage) and assist in improvement.
  • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance during dispatch operations (handling of goods, labeling, transport).

Mandatory skills:

  • Diploma & BE Mechanical or BE Electrical.
  • Understanding of logistics/warehouse/distribution operations in manufacturing environment.
  • Good documentation and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders (production, warehouse, logistics).
