Odoo Specialist

About the Company:

Abaci Technologies is a fast-growing technology company under the Transit Security Solutions group, delivering ICT and ELV system integration solutions across India and the UAE. We are expanding our digital transformation wing in Calicut to strengthen our ERP and automation capabilities using Odoo.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, configure, and customize Odoo ERP modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Projects, etc.).

· Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules as per business needs.

· Perform system integrations and data migrations.

· Handle Odoo support, bug fixes, and version upgrades.

· Design reports and dashboards for business analysis.

· Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve usability.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (Community or Enterprise).

· Strong knowledge of *Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.*

· Understanding of business workflows (sales, procurement, inventory, accounts, HR).

· Experience in *custom module development and Odoo API integrations*.

· Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with *, **Docker/Linux deployment, or **Git* version control.

· Knowledge of integrating Odoo with third-party tools such as WhatsApp or payment gateways.

· Familiarity with frontend customization and UI improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
