Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Member at Tea Post, located in Surat. The Team Member will be responsible for serving customers, preparing tea and snacks, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the cafe, and ensuring customers have a pleasant experience. Additional daily tasks include taking orders, handling cash transactions, and replenishing stock as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prepare tea and snacks according to established recipes
• Experience in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a food service setting
• Cash handling and basic math skills
• Teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• A passion for tea and a customer-first attitude
