Jr. Engineer

Job Overview:

As a Graduate Training Engineer, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with practical experience and the skills necessary to excel in the electrical and electronics field. You will work closely with experienced engineers on various projects, gaining hands-on experience in design, development, testing, and implementation of electrical and electronics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of electrical and electronics systems under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Participate in project planning and execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Conduct tests and experiments on electrical and electronic components and systems to ensure they meet specified standards.

• Analyze data and prepare technical reports to summarize findings and recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic systems into larger engineering projects.

• Support the troubleshooting of electrical and electronics issues, providing solutions to enhance performance.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical and electronics engineering.

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance professional development.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as Arduino, MATLAB, AutoCAD, or similar applications.

• Knowledge of circuit design, signal processing, and electronics testing methodologies is desirable.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
