Maths Tutor

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Maths Tutor to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in fundamental and advanced mathematical concepts and have the ability to explain them in a simple and engaging way. You will be responsible for helping students build a strong foundation, improve their problem-solving skills, and perform well in exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective math sessions to students who are preparing for CAT and other MBA entrance exams.
• Design lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student learning goals
• Identify students' learning gaps and provide personalized support
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and exam patterns
• Assist in curriculum development and improvement of teaching materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or related field
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience (preferably with students from [Competitive Exams / CAT / CMAT / IPMAT level)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and passion for teaching
• Ability to motivate and engage students of varying skill levels

Preferred Qualifications for Maths Tutor

• Experience as a Maths Tutor in preparing students for competitive exams (like JEE, IPMAT, CAT, etc.)
• B.Ed. or teaching certification (optional)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
