Role: Sales Representative

Experience: 6+ months

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with walk-in clients and visitors at the project site or office.
• Explain the project features, amenities, layouts, pricing, and other relevant details clearly and confidently.
• Conduct property or model flat presentations and assist clients during site visits.
• Answer client queries and provide accurate information regarding the project.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule client meetings and follow-ups.
• Maintain client interaction records and update CRM or lead tracking sheets.
• Support the sales team during events, property expos, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain a professional company image.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate (freshers or experienced).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Tamil).
• Pleasant personality and confident in client-facing roles.
• Good knowledge of real estate project features and local area (preferred).
• Ability to handle clients courteously and professionally.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office / CRM entry).
