Job Summary:

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical, aesthetic, or healthcare products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, increasing product awareness, and representing the company's brand in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Promotion:

  • Promote and sell the company's products to dermatologists, trichologists, aesthetic physicians, and other medical professionals.
  • Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions, and demonstrations to healthcare providers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Ensure timely follow-up and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the assigned territory.

Market Intelligence:

  • Keep updated on competitor products, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to the marketing and product teams.
  • Participate in conferences, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and promotional events.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, activities, and client interactions.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the reporting manager.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or any related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Good understanding of medical and scientific terminology.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
