We are currently seeking a Services IT Dev. Program Sr. Analyst to join our team in bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

- Manage Level 1 Duties for Steady Support Team

- Primarily working on IPT/PCCE tickets as a Level engineer

- Handle MAC'd request, Jabber user provisioning, deletion and updates.

- Level 1 task for Contact Center & telephony tickets, work with end users as 1st point of contact for low priority tickets.

- Rotational Shifts (US)
