Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment & Employee Relations

Location: Gurugram

Reports to: HR Manager / Head of HR

Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and support key HR functions, primarily in talent acquisition and employee relations . This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, and maintaining a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer rollout.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals to source suitable candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records and documentation.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover trends.

General HR Support

  • Maintain HR MIS and recruitment dashboards for reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the HR function.
  • Support performance review processes and training initiatives, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office .

Preferred:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
